These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph638 ("ph638," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph638 website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on ph638, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ph638 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

ph638 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, passport, or other official document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on ph638. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You further agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph638 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ph638 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

ph638 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where ph638 reasonably suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

ph638 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page and are subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. ph638 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. ph638 aims to process approved withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya within minutes during standard business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

ph638 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may result in processing delays. Players may be required to submit supporting documentation, including proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership, before a withdrawal is approved.

All transactions on ph638 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Player.

ph638 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the offer is made.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph638 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games and multiplayer formats.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from a software error are void and will not be paid out.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or operating more than one account on ph638.

All content on the ph638 Platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of ph638 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of ph638's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph638 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

ph638 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, ph638's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall ph638's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph638 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph638 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph638 may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties as required by applicable Philippine law, including for the purposes of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and know-your-customer (KYC) verification.

• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player.

Upon termination of your account for cause, ph638 reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your ph638 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
